  3. Circuit = 45 on; 15 off
  4. Mountain Climbers
  5. Leg Downs (Hips off the Ground; Slow Lowering)
  6. Lunge to Clean and Press
  7. Plank Rows
  8. Crunches
  9. Elbow Hand Walk Ups
  10. Jump Squats
  11. Bicycle
  12. Skater’s Lunge
  13. Marching Bridge
  14. High Knees
  15. (Advanced) Plank
