10 Plyometric Exercises

I was a bit hesitant to post this article from the Huffington Post because the sub-title (or continued title) is That You Aren’t Doing, and, especially for the first half, if you’re not doing those then you’re pretty new to working out; it seemed pretty basic. But I post it here at least for the jumping jack push press. I worked that in to my workout routine and I love it.
